Return Period

Eligible Returns

• Damaged product / defective item / wrong item sent.
• Non-product reasons: shipping costs borne by buyer.
• Item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, proof of purchase required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.
• Items after long-term use (30+ days or signs of wear).
• Intentional damage.
• Gift cards.

Process

• Request a return first, get approval & label.
• Items returned without prior request won’t be accepted.
• Refunds processed within 10 business days after inspection, to original payment method.
• EU customers: 14-day unconditional return right.
